Refund & Return Policy

At Me and a Tree, we pride ourselves on creating handcrafted products with pure, natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

Authorized Returns: If a return is authorized, a 35% restocking fee will be applied, and any shipping costs incurred (both original and return) will be deducted from the refund. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, but delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays from 3-5 business days or longer.

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (subtotal) qualify for free shipping, excluding taxes, discounts, or loyalty rewards.

Shipping Insurance:

  • Orders under $99 include insurance and delivery confirmation.
  • Orders over $100 include insurance and may require a signature for delivery if a written request is initiated by you.

To avoid issues, ensure your package is sent to a secure location. We cannot reship items reported as lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.

Tracking Your Order: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. If your order is marked "delivered" but you have not received it:

  1. File a Claim with USPS for lost or stolen items.
  2. Request Our Assistance: We can file a claim on your behalf, but we require confirmation of the claim’s outcome before reshipping any items.

Order Issues

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery. Refuse the package, and it will be returned to us for replacement at no additional cost. Contact us immediately to initiate a replacement process.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete due to our error, we will correct the issue and cover reshipping costs. Please verify your shipping address and order details before placing your order, as we cannot take responsibility for errors on the customer’s part.

Missed or Rejected Deliveries: If you miss your delivery or receive a notice that your package is being held at the post office, we recommend visiting your local annex promptly to retrieve it. Often, packages can be claimed directly from the annex before they are returned to us, saving you time and ensuring you receive your items faster. If your package is returned to us, it must be received back at our facility before we can reship the order.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift Cards: Gift card sales are final and valid for one year from the purchase date. Please ensure recipient email information is accurate, as we are not responsible for errors in delivery due to incorrect email entries.

Promotions and Loyalty Rewards: Only one coupon code or discount may be applied per purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours for loyalty points to process and become available for use.
